These chutes optimize operational efficiency by minimizing manual handling, reducing energy consumption, maintaining a hygienic environment, and streamlining linen logistics across the facility.

Interlocking Linen Chutes
Horizon Interlocking Linen Chutes are engineered for maximum operational safety and seamless management of soiled linen. Designed to prevent misuse, enhance safety, and make maintenance operations efficient across all floors.
Key Features
- The interlocking system permits single hopper access at a time.
- Auto-locking hoppers ensure maintenance safety.
- SS 304 (1.5–2 mm) chute with suitably designed brackets.
- Optional 2 mm sound-deadening internal coating.
- Side-hung hoppers, flush-mounted on wall interface.
- “D” type discharge door closes at 79°C via fusible link.
- Roof-mounted vacuum breaker with weather cowl.
- Direct or 45° diverted linen discharge to trolley at 1.8–2 m height.
- Optimal sanitation/disinfection system can be provided to maintain hygiene.

- 12-digit keypad installed at each intake hopper.
- 4-digit unique, changeable password assigned per floor.
- Master override password provided for management control.
- Prevents unauthorized use with locked hoppers when idle.
- Enables floor-wise user identification and access traceability.
