Established in 1987 as Horizon Enterprises and headquartered in Pune, Horizon Chutes Pvt. Ltd. (HCPL) has grown into a trusted name in engineered building solutions. With over three decades of experience, we’ve evolved from industrial fabrication and piping to become India’s pioneering manufacturer and installer of refuse chutes, fire-rated doors, access hatches, and more, all designed for seamless integration, safety, and sustainability.

Our Journey

35+ Years of Engineering Supremacy

From our early days in turnkey industrial projects to introducing garbage chute systems in India, Horizon has continually shaped the way buildings function behind the scenes. As the first to bring refuse chute technology to Indian construction, we’ve played a pivotal role in transforming urban hygiene and access infrastructure, both nationally and globally.

(1987–1995)

The Foundation

Established in 1987 as Horizon Enterprises in Pune, we began our journey with turnkey industrial fabrication and piping projects. These early years laid the groundwork for our technical expertise and execution capabilities across major industrial developments in India.

(1996–2005)

Pioneering Chute Systems in India

We became the first in India to introduce the concept of Garbage / Refuse / Trash Chutes for buildings, revolutionizing how waste was managed. This decade marked our shift from fabrication to smart urban sanitation.

(2006–2013)

Expansion & Global Standards

We aligned our products with global fire and safety standards, including BS 1703 & NFPA 82. Our systems became UL-listed and fire-rated. We also became OEMs for Promat International (Belgium), solidifying our position in international markets with cutting-edge Fire-Rated Doors and Debris Management solutions.

(2014–2020)

Product Diversification

With innovation at the core, we expanded our portfolio to include Debris Chutes, Trap Doors, Roof Hatches, Blast-Resistant Partitions, and advanced Pneumatic Waste Collection Systems.
